Trip Plan Helper is a small site about a specific problem: planning a trip with other people is way harder than planning a trip alone. Someone always ends up being the unpaid project manager — reconciling the group chat into a spreadsheet, chasing votes on the Airbnb, and doing everyone's expense math at 11pm on the last night.

We write practical guides for that person: how to split costs fairly, spreadsheet templates that actually work, and honest looks at the tools in this space.

Full disclosure, because it matters for trust: we also build TripSync, a free group trip planner with voting, itineraries, and expense splitting built in. Guests join from one shared link without creating accounts, and there are no daily expense limits. When we mention it in a guide, we say so plainly — and when a spreadsheet or another app is the better fit for your situation, we say that too.
